5.3.
During registration, you must choose a username and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact details, including a valid email address (the "Registered Email Address"). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your contact details remain current and correct and for promptly updating them through your Account if any changes occur.
Your Registered Email Address is a primary means of communication and one of the methods used to verify your identity. You are responsible for maintaining an active, secure, and unique email account and for preventing access by unauthorized third parties. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or adverse consequence arising from communications sent to or received from your Registered Email Address.
If your Registered Email Address is invalid, inaccurate, or not provided upon request, the Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict your Account until valid contact details are supplied. The Company reserves the right to suspend wagering, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, or other Account functionality until the requested documentation has been provided and verified. All verification procedures are conducted in accordance with applicable gaming regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and internal risk-management procedures.
Once your Account is registered and, where applicable, approved at the Company’s discretion, you may fund your Account using only the payment methods, cryptocurrencies, virtual currencies, virtual items, or in-game transfer methods listed on the Website. The use of any unsupported method is prohibited.
5.6.
You are permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with the Website. Multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple Accounts are detected, the Company reserves the right to close all related Accounts and take further action in accordance with these Terms.
5.7.
The Website registration page constitutes an invitation to treat only. The Company is under no obligation to open an Account for you, and it remains entirely within the Company’s discretion whether to approve or decline any registration application.
5.8.
You must keep your login credentials, including your password, confidential at all times. Provided that the correct Account credentials are used, the Company is entitled to assume that all actions performed through the Account, including wagers, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, tips, transfers, and gameplay, are carried out by you. You are advised to change your password regularly and never disclose it to any third party. Any failure to safeguard your credentials is at your sole risk and expense.
5.9.
After submission of your registration application, the Company may contact you to request additional information or documentation necessary to comply with its legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance obligations.
5.10.
The Company reserves the right to remove, reclaim, or modify any username you select if, in the Company’s sole discretion, it is deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, infringing, impersonating, or otherwise unacceptable.
6. CUSTOMER-GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
6.1.
As a general rule, you are not permitted to submit, upload, post, or otherwise make content available on the Website unless the Company has expressly enabled such functionality. Where the Company allows you to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content through the Website or the Services, such content may include, without limitation, text, written materials, comments, feedback, suggestions, personal data, usernames, avatars, or other materials (collectively, "Contributions").

By creating, submitting, or making available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
6.2.1. You are the creator and owner of the Contributions or otherwise have all necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use the Contributions and to authorize the Company and other users of the Website to use them in any manner contemplated by the Website and these Terms.

6.2.3. Your Contributions do not constitute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, affiliate marketing, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or any other form of solicitation.
6.2.4. Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, or intentionally incomplete.
6.2.5. You have obtained all necessary written consents, releases, and permissions from any identifiable individual appearing in your Contributions to use such person’s name, image, likeness, or other identifying attributes as contemplated by the Services and these Terms.

6.2.8. Your Contributions do not contain child sexual abuse material, do not exploit or harm minors, and do not violate any law intended to protect the health, safety, or well-being of minors.
6.2.9. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy, data protection, or publicity rights of any third party.
6.2.10. Your Contributions are not used to harass, threaten, intimidate, or promote violence against any individual or group of persons.
6.2.11. Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse any person.
6.2.12. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, violent, harassing, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.
6.3.
Any use of the Services in violation of this Section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result, without limitation, in the removal of Contributions, suspension or termination of your Account, forfeiture of bonuses or winnings, and any other remedies available to the Company under these Terms or applicable law.
7. CUSTOMER’S ACCOUNT
7.1.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close your Account immediately if you breach or are suspected of breaching these Terms, if such action is necessary to protect the integrity, security, or fairness of the Services, or for any other legitimate or justified reason. Where practicable, the Company may provide prior notice; however, it is not obliged to do so in all circumstances.
Where an Account is suspended or closed due to your breach of these Terms, the Company may void, cancel, or invalidate any wagers placed and may retain, withhold, or forfeit funds, cryptocurrency, virtual items, virtual currencies, balances, bonuses, or winnings in the Account, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
7.2.
If your Account shows a negative balance for any reason, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully liable for such negative balance and must repay the outstanding amount to the Company immediately upon request.
7.3.
If any funds, cryptocurrency, virtual items, virtual currencies, bonuses, winnings, or balances are credited to your Account in error, the Company shall notify you upon becoming aware of the mistake where reasonably practicable, and you agree that such amounts may be reversed or debited from your Account without delay.
7.4.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, restrict, void, limit, or cap any wager or transaction at any time and for any reason, including where a wager is suspected to have been placed in bad faith, fraudulently, or in a manner intended to circumvent wagering limits, monitoring thresholds, or operational controls.
7.5.
You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any error, discrepancy, or irregularity relating to your Account, balance, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, or wagers.
7.6.
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by sending a written request from your Registered Email Address to the Company’s Customer Support Department at legal@growbit.net.
7.7.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, pledge, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any third party. This prohibition includes any assignment or transfer of value, rights, or claims of any kind, including but not limited to ownership of the Account, balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, entitlements, or any related claims, whether legally, commercially, or otherwise.
7.8.
Transactions on the Website may be conducted using an in-game virtual currency, Diamond Locks (DLS), cryptocurrencies, fiat payment methods where enabled, or other payment methods supported by the Website. All balances and transactions in your Account will be displayed in the applicable currency or balance type selected or used by you.
7.9.
Upon Account closure, any remaining balance of cryptocurrency, in-game virtual currency, virtual items, fiat balance where enabled, or other funds shall be subject to applicable withdrawal fees and compliance checks. Withdrawals or redemptions will be processed to the same cryptocurrency wallet, in-game account, payment method, or bank account from which the funds originated where reasonably possible, unless otherwise required by law, technical limitations, security requirements, or compliance obligations.
7.10.
The Company reserves the right to close your Account at any time, in its sole discretion, and to refund, redeem, or return the remaining Account balance, if any, less applicable withdrawal fees and subject to applicable verification and compliance checks, without any obligation to provide a reason or prior notice, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
7.11.
Your Account may be classified as dormant if you do not log in to the Website for a continuous period of six (6) months. Where permitted by applicable law, the Company may apply an administrative dormancy fee to dormant Accounts. Any such fee, including its amount, frequency, and method of calculation, shall be applied in a fair and proportionate manner and disclosed in advance or upon request, and shall not exceed the Account balance.
8. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS
8.1.
Deposits and withdrawals on the Website may be made using cryptocurrencies, an in-game virtual currency, Diamond Locks (DLS), and/or other supported payment methods (collectively, the "Supported Balances"). DLS is a virtual in-game currency with no cash value outside the Website. It is counted in Diamond Locks and shown with two decimals, where one Diamond Lock equals 100 World Locks and one Blue Gem Lock equals 100 Diamond Locks. DLS is deposited by trading World Locks, Diamond Locks, or Blue Gem Locks to the Company’s Growtopia bot, and is withdrawn as locks dropped by that bot (see Section 11). Any cryptocurrency wallet used for deposits or withdrawals must be under your full ownership and control. Any bank account, payment card, or other fiat payment method used for deposits or withdrawals, where enabled, must be registered in your own name.
You acknowledge that blockchain networks, cryptocurrency systems, exchanges, payment providers, game economies, in-game trading systems, or other providers may apply network fees, gas fees, conversion fees, exchange fees, service fees, in-game trading limitations, or other transaction-related charges. Such fees may be deducted from the transferred amount and may be outside the Company’s control. Banks and payment institutions may also apply their own fees, which are likewise outside the Company’s control.
8.2.
You acknowledge and agree that your Account is not a bank account and is not insured, guaranteed, or protected by any deposit protection scheme, banking insurance system, or governmental authority in any jurisdiction. No interest or yield shall accrue on any cryptocurrency, virtual currency, virtual item, fiat balance, or other balance held in your Account.
8.3.
You agree to bear and pay in full all applicable transaction-related fees incurred in connection with your use of the Website, including but not limited to blockchain network fees, cryptocurrency transaction fees, exchange fees, bank charges, game-related trade fees, and service fees imposed by third-party providers.
8.4.
Where you choose to participate in any promotional, bonus, or incentive offer by entering a bonus code or otherwise, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms and conditions governing that offer.
8.5.
You agree not to initiate any chargeback, reversal, cancellation, dispute, or other attempt to undo any deposit, transfer, trade, or payment. In the event that you do so, you agree to reimburse and indemnify the Company for the full amount of the reversed deposit and for any costs, losses, or expenses incurred by the Company in recovering such funds. Any winnings or benefits derived from wagers placed using reversed, disputed, unauthorized, or invalid funds shall be void and forfeited.
8.6.
Online gambling may be unlawful in certain jurisdictions. If online gambling is illegal or restricted in your country of residence or location, you must not use the Website or deposit funds. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.
8.7.
You must not deposit any funds, cryptocurrency, virtual currency, virtual items, or other value that originate from criminal, illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, stolen, or otherwise unlawful activities. The Company reserves the right to block, freeze, restrict, report, or take other action in relation to such funds in accordance with applicable AML/CFT laws and internal policies.
8.8.
The Company reserves the right to set, modify, or apply minimum and/or maximum limits on deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, or transactions for operational, security, liquidity, or compliance purposes.
As of the current effective date:
- Minimum deposit amount (DLS): no fixed minimum; you are credited exactly the locks the Growtopia bot collects from you within the deposit window, which lasts about 90 seconds after the deposit starts;
- Minimum deposit amount (cryptocurrency): no fixed minimum; you are credited the equivalent of whatever amount you send, subject to the network's or provider's own minimum.
These limits may be amended at the Company’s sole discretion and will apply upon publication or notification.
8.9.
The Company reserves the right to apply additional identity verification, source-of-funds checks, wallet-ownership checks, game-account ownership checks, or other compliance procedures when processing deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, or transactions, in accordance with applicable laws and internal AML/CFT policies.
9. PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS
9.1.
You are fully responsible for paying all amounts owed for the use of the Services and for ensuring that sufficient funds, cryptocurrency, virtual items, virtual currencies, or balances are available to cover any deposits, wagers, fees, or other charges incurred through your Account.
9.2.
All payments, deposits, transfers, and trades made by you in connection with the Services must be made in good faith. You must not initiate or attempt any chargeback, reversal, cancellation, withdrawal recall, trade reversal, or other action intended to avoid or evade a liability legitimately incurred, whether directly or through a third-party provider.
9.3.
You agree to reimburse and indemnify the Company for any chargeback, denial, reversal, dispute, unauthorized transaction, failed transaction, or invalid transfer initiated by you, as well as for any losses, fees, penalties, or costs incurred by the Company as a result of such action.
9.4.
Any amounts owed by you to the Company under these Terms may be deducted, in whole or in part, from any funds, cryptocurrency, virtual items, virtual currencies, or balances held in your Account, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. PAYMENT PROCESSORS
10.1.
The Company reserves the right to use third-party cryptocurrency payment processors, fiat payment processors where enabled, blockchain service providers, wallet providers, game providers, in-game transfer providers, and virtual currency providers to facilitate deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, and related transactions. By using such services, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms and conditions of those third parties, provided that such terms do not conflict with these Terms.
10.2.
All transactions processed through the Website may be monitored, reviewed, or screened for the purposes of preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, collusion, bonus abuse, trade laundering, tip laundering, or other unlawful activity. Transactions deemed suspicious may be delayed, restricted, blocked, reversed, refused, or reported to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
11. WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
11.1.
Withdrawals may be requested using the supported cryptocurrencies available in your Account and, for DLS balances, through the Company’s Growtopia bot. A DLS withdrawal is paid out as World Locks, Diamond Locks, or Blue Gem Locks dropped in Growtopia, not as cash. DLS has no cash value outside the Website, and the Company does not pay out DLS in money. Additional withdrawal methods may be enabled in the future at the Company’s discretion.
11.2.
The Company reserves the right to establish minimum and/or maximum withdrawal or redemption limits per transaction or per period for operational, liquidity, security, or compliance purposes.
As of the current effective date, for cryptocurrency withdrawals:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: the equivalent of $10 USD;
- Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction: the equivalent of $5,000 USD.
As of the current effective date, for DLS withdrawals through the Growtopia bot:
- Minimum withdrawal amount (DLS): 100 DLS;
- Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction (DLS): 2,000 DLS.
A DLS withdrawal places a hold on the requested amount in your Account. The bot then waits in a world named by the Website and drops the locks for the GrowID you entered. Withdrawals above an amount set by the Company require fresh two-factor authentication, and the Company may review a DLS withdrawal before it is paid out. If a DLS withdrawal is rejected or fails, the held amount is returned to your Account. You are responsible for entering your own GrowID correctly and for being in the named world to collect the locks. The Company is not responsible for locks dropped to a GrowID you entered.
These limits may be amended at the Company’s sole discretion.
11.3.
Except for the limits stated above, there is no guaranteed entitlement to unlimited withdrawals or redemptions. All withdrawals and redemptions remain subject to applicable transaction fees, blockchain network fees, exchange fees, in-game transfer limitations, provider limitations, and compliance checks.
11.4.
Prior to processing any withdrawal or redemption, the Company may require additional information or documentation to complete identity verification, age verification, source-of-funds checks, game-account ownership checks, wallet-ownership checks, or other Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CFT) obligations.
11.5.
You may request a withdrawal or redemption only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:
a. All deposits made to your Account have been successfully received, verified, and are not classified as failed, reversed, disputed, suspicious, unauthorized, or invalid deposits;
b. All required identity verification, KYC, and AML/CFT checks have been satisfactorily completed;
c. You acknowledge that all withdrawal and redemption requests may be subject to AML/CFT monitoring, and that transactions deemed suspicious may be delayed, restricted, rejected, reversed, or reported to competent authorities. The Company may refuse a withdrawal or redemption request where sufficient verification or documentation has not been provided, or where you are in breach of these Terms;
d. There is no ongoing investigation relating to:
i. a suspected game malfunction, technical defect, or system error affecting gameplay or payouts; or
ii. a suspected breach of these Terms, including fraud, collusion, cheating, unlawful conduct, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, sanctions exposure, or other improper activity; and
e. For a DLS withdrawal, the GrowID you provide belongs to you and is under your control.
11.6.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, all transactions are final and non-refundable.
11.7.
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from defects or harmful components.
11.8.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
a. your use or misuse of the Services;
b. your breach of these Terms; or
c. your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
11.9.
For substantial withdrawal or redemption amounts, the Company reserves the right to process payouts in multiple instalments or scheduled batches, for example weekly or monthly, where reasonably required for operational, liquidity, risk-management, security, provider, or compliance reasons.
11.10.
If your Account is credited in error with funds, virtual items, virtual currencies, cryptocurrency, bonuses, or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical malfunction, human error, provider error, or otherwise, such amounts remain the property of the Company and may be deducted from your Account. If you have withdrawn or redeemed such funds before the error is identified, the incorrectly paid amount shall constitute a debt owed by you to the Company. You must notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any such error.
11.11.
Customers seeking to recover funds, cryptocurrency, virtual items, virtual currencies, or balances held in a closed, suspended, locked, restricted, or self-excluded Account must contact customer support using their Registered Email Address. Any such recovery remains subject to applicable verification, legal, security, responsible-gaming, and compliance requirements.
12. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS
12.1.
All bonuses, promotions, contests, races, tournaments, free plays, rewards, rakeback, loyalty benefits, and special offers (collectively, "Promotions") are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as any specific terms, wagering requirements, eligibility criteria, and conditions published in connection with the relevant Promotion. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
12.2.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to introduce, modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any Promotion at any time. Participation in any Promotion must be conducted fairly, lawfully, and in good faith. Where the Company reasonably determines that a Promotion has been abused, misused, or exploited, it may withhold, deny, cancel, or reclaim any associated bonus, prize, winnings, reward, or promotional benefit.
12.3.
By participating in any Promotion, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and distribute any content, submissions, usernames, avatars, or materials you provide in connection with the Promotion, in any media and for any lawful purpose, unless such use is prohibited by mandatory law.
12.4.
The Company reserves the right to immediately cancel or suspend any Promotion if it reasonably believes that:
a. the Promotion has been configured incorrectly or contains an error; or
b. the Promotion is being abused, manipulated, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
Where any bonus, prize, reward, or promotional benefit has already been credited or paid, the Company may refuse related withdrawal or redemption requests and deduct, reverse, or recover the relevant amount from your Account.
12.5.
The Company actively monitors bonus and promotional activity and may investigate any suspected bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, multi-accounting, or misuse of Promotions.
Bonus abuse includes, without limitation:
- creating multiple accounts, directly or indirectly, to claim Promotions;
- using Promotions in bad faith, including exploiting system errors, loopholes, or inconsistencies in promotional rules;
- collusion with other players, accounts, or third parties;
- placing low-risk, hedged, offsetting, or arbitrage bets intended primarily to satisfy wagering requirements rather than genuine gameplay;
- manipulating gameplay patterns, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, transfers, or betting behavior to obtain an unfair advantage; or
- any other conduct that the Company reasonably considers to undermine the fairness or integrity of Promotions.
12.6.
In the event of suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without limitation:
- cancel, revoke, or remove any bonus or promotional benefit;
- void, withhold, or forfeit any winnings derived from such bonuses;
- restrict, suspend, or terminate your Account;
- exclude you from current or future Promotions.
12.7.
The Company’s determinations regarding Promotions and bonus abuse shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.
13. RESPONSIBLE GAMING
13.1.
The Company encourages all Customers to use the Website and Services solely for recreational and entertainment purposes. Gambling should remain a form of leisure and not a source of income or a means to address financial difficulties.
13.2.
If you believe that your gambling behavior is becoming difficult to control, causes distress, or negatively impacts your personal, financial, educational, or professional life, you are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools and support measures described in the Company’s Responsible Gaming Policy:
https://growbit.net/legal/responsible-gaming
13.3.
These measures may include, without limitation, self-imposed limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion options, account restrictions, and access to external support organizations. Use of such tools is voluntary but strongly recommended where risk indicators arise.
14. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER (KYC) AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AML)
14.1.
The Company is committed to maintaining robust and effective procedures to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, and other unlawful activities in connection with the use of the Website and Services. The Company’s AML/CFT framework is designed to comply with:
- Law No. 7786 on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing;
- its implementing regulations and related executive decrees, including Executive Decree No. 44390-H on beneficial ownership transparency, where applicable;
- applicable SUGEF and CONASSIF regulations, where applicable;
- instructions and guidance issued by the Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera (UIF – Costa Rica); and
- internationally recognized standards, including the FATF Recommendations.
14.2.
You are strictly prohibited from using the Website or the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, trade laundering, tip laundering, collusion, or any other illicit activity. Any such conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds or balances where permitted by law, reporting to competent authorities, and any other measures permitted or required by applicable law.
14.3.
For the purposes of compliance and risk management, the Company applies customer identification, verification, monitoring, and reporting measures as described in its AML and KYC Statement:
https://growbit.net/legal/aml-kyc
You acknowledge and agree that the Company may request information, documentation, or explanations at any time and that failure to provide satisfactory information may result in restrictions, suspension, termination of your Account, or refusal of withdrawals or redemptions.
15. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1.
Any complaint, dispute, or claim arising out of or relating to the operation of the Website, the provision of the Services, or your participation in any games must, as a mandatory first step, be submitted to the Company’s customer support department via email at:
Upon receipt of a complaint, the Company shall register and investigate the matter in accordance with its internal complaint-handling procedures.
You undertake to notify the Company of any disagreement, complaint, or dispute relating to the Services within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the relevant event, transaction, redemption, withdrawal, or gaming session giving rise to the complaint. Failure to submit such notification within this period entitles the Company, at its sole discretion, to decline consideration of the complaint, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
15.2.
All communications between you and the Company during the complaint-handling process may be recorded, logged, and retained. In the event of any dispute regarding the content, timing, or substance of such communications, these records may be relied upon by the Company and may constitute a decisive basis for the resolution of the complaint.
15.3.
Upon receipt of a formal complaint, the Company shall acknowledge receipt and commence an internal review. Complaints shall be addressed as promptly as reasonably practicable. The standard timeframe for resolution shall be determined by the Company based on the nature, complexity, and circumstances of the complaint, but shall not exceed sixty (60) calendar days from the date the complaint is received.
15.4.
Where, due to the complexity of the matter or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control, a complaint cannot be resolved within the initial sixty (60) calendar-day period, the Company may extend the resolution period by an additional sixty (60) calendar days. In such cases, you will be informed in writing prior to the expiry of the initial period, together with the reasons for the extension and the expected timeframe for final resolution.
15.5.
At the conclusion of the complaint-handling process, the Company shall provide you with either:
a. a final written response setting out the outcome and reasoning of the decision; or
b. where applicable, a written explanation confirming closure of the complaint and the rationale for such closure.
16. MISUSE AND PROHIBITED PRACTICES
16.1. Prohibited Practices
The following practices and activities are strictly prohibited on the Website and constitute a material breach of these Terms, the Company’s AML/KYC policies, and/or applicable law:
a. Providing false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate information or documentation, including during registration, verification, KYC, EDD, or ongoing compliance procedures;
b. Using a stolen, falsified, or third-party identity, or using payment instruments, wallets, game accounts, virtual items, virtual currencies, funds, or balances that do not lawfully belong to you or are not under your control;

Any determination that a Player has engaged in one or more prohibited practices is made at the sole discretion of the Company, acting reasonably and in good faith, and does not require justification to the Player except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
16.2. Consequences of Misuse
Where a violation is reasonably suspected or established, the Company reserves the right, without limitation and without prior notice where permitted by law, to:
a. cancel or void any bets, transactions, bonuses, rewards, or winnings;

The exercise of these rights is without prejudice to any other remedies available to the Company under these Terms or applicable law.
17. ERRORS
17.1. Duty to Report Errors
You are required to notify the Company immediately upon becoming aware of any error, malfunction, inconsistency, or irregularity affecting the Website, the Services, your Account, game outcomes, balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, redemptions, or payments.
17.2. Effect of Errors on Bets and Games
In the event of any system error, technical malfunction, human error, communication failure, software bug, provider error, configuration issue, or operational mistake, all affected bets, wagers, games, transactions, or outcomes shall be deemed void to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The Company reserves the right, at any time, to:
- correct any error in your Account, including balances, transactions, game results, odds, payments, redemptions, or withdrawals;
- recover any amount incorrectly credited or overpaid to you, whether due to technical error, human error, provider error, or system malfunction; and
- adjust your Account accordingly to reflect the correct position.
Examples of such errors include, but are not limited to, incorrect pricing, incorrect odds, incorrect game results, incorrect settlement of bets, incorrect currency conversion, incorrect redemption processing, or incorrect balance display.
If there are insufficient funds in your Account to recover an overpayment, you agree to promptly repay the outstanding amount upon request. The Company further reserves the right to void, reduce, or cancel any pending or future bets or wagers, regardless of whether they were placed using funds originating from the error.
18. LIABILITY
18.1. Exclusion of Liability: General
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or the Services, including any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Company’s negligence.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Company shall not be liable where any failure, loss, or damage is attributable to:
a. your own acts, omissions, breach of these Terms, or misuse of the Services;
b. the acts or omissions of a third party not connected with the Company’s performance of these Terms, including but not limited to failures or disruptions of communication networks, internet service providers, blockchain networks, payment processors, game providers, in-game economies, hardware, software, or your own equipment; or
c. events beyond the reasonable control of the Company or its suppliers, including events that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented even if reasonable care had been exercised.
The Services are provided for personal, recreational, and consumer use only. The Company shall not be liable for any business, commercial, or professional losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
18.2. Limitation of Liability

You agree to cooperate fully and in good faith, at your own expense, with the Company in the defense and settlement of any such claim.
20.3. Notice
The Company will use reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of any claim, action, or proceeding subject to indemnification upon becoming aware of it. Failure to provide such notice shall not relieve you of your indemnification obligations, except to the extent that you are materially prejudiced by such failure.
21. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
21.1. Modifications to the Services
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, amend, suspend, discontinue, or remove any content, feature, functionality, game, currency, balance type, payment method, mirror domain, or aspect of the Website or the Services, whether temporarily or permanently, without prior notice. The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services or any part thereof.
21.2. Service Availability and Interruptions
The Company does not guarantee that the Services will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free at all times. The Services may be subject to interruptions, delays, malfunctions, or downtime due to factors including, but not limited to, system maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, game-provider disruptions, blockchain network congestion, cyber incidents, network congestion, or force majeure events.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to interrupt, suspend, or restrict access to the Website or Services, in whole or in part, for maintenance, security, operational, legal, compliance, or commercial reasons.
21.3. Limitation of Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or harm of any kind arising from your inability to access or use the Services during any period of modification, suspension, interruption, or termination. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as imposing any obligation on the Company to maintain, support, upgrade, or continue offering the Services, or to provide any fixes, updates, enhancements, or new releases.
22. ASSIGNMENT
22.1.
You may not assign, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise dispose of these Terms, or any rights or obligations arising hereunder, without the Company’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
22.2.
The Company may, at any time and without your consent, assign, novate, or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate, successor, or third party, provided that such transfer does not materially diminish the level of service offered to Customers. Any such assignment shall take effect upon written notice being published on the Website or otherwise communicated to Customers.
23. SEVERABILITY
23.1.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent to the greatest extent permitted by law.
23.2.
The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired in any way.
24. BREACH OF THE TERMS
24.1.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Company, the Company may, in its reasonable discretion, suspend or terminate your Account and refuse continued access to the Services, with immediate effect and without prior notice, if you breach any material provision of these Terms.
24.2.
Where practicable, you will be notified of any such action taken. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
25. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS, TRANSACTIONS, AND SIGNATURES
25.1.
By accessing or using the Services, sending emails to the Company, or completing online forms, you consent to receiving communications electronically. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
25.2.
You expressly consent to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, records, and transaction confirmations, and to the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records relating to transactions initiated or completed through the Services.
25.3.
You waive any rights or requirements under applicable laws that require original non-electronic signatures, physical delivery, or the retention of paper records.
26. TERM AND TERMINATION
26.1.
These Terms remain in full force and effect while you access or use the Services, whether as a registered Customer or visitor. All provisions which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to indemnities, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, AML/KYC obligations, record-keeping provisions, intellectual property provisions, and payment obligations.
26.2.
The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to refuse access to or use of the Services, including blocking IP addresses, to suspend or terminate Accounts, or to remove any content or information, for any reason or no reason, including breach of these Terms or applicable law.
26.3.

The Company reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including civil, criminal, and injunctive relief.

27.1.
The Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, availability, game rules, odds, balances, limits, currencies, or other information. The Company reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update or modify content at any time without prior notice.
28. GENERAL PROVISIONS
28.1. Fraud and Criminal Conduct
The Company will pursue all available contractual, civil, and criminal remedies against any Customer involved in fraud, dishonesty, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other criminal acts.
The Company reserves the right to withhold payments, suspend or terminate Accounts, and report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities.
The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless and shall be liable on demand for all costs, charges, damages, losses, and expenses incurred by the Company, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, reputational damage, and legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from the Customer’s fraudulent, dishonest, or criminal conduct.
28.2. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica.
28.3. Jurisdiction, Dispute Resolution, and Class Action Waiver

- All disputes must be brought solely in your individual capacity.
- You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or similar proceeding against the Company.
- No court or adjudicative body shall have authority to consolidate claims or hear disputes on a class, collective, or representative basis.
If any portion of this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, such portion shall be severed, and all remaining claims shall proceed on an individual basis only.

The failure of the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to enforce that provision or any other provision at a later time.
28.7. Language
In the event of any inconsistency between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
